So I know you all probably hear a lot about how the market is these days. Most of it is true. What sucks though, is this inventory shortage we are having. It is not fun for most buyers. I know there are lots of people "waiting" to sell to get more money. Now is the time! We are at a really high point, and when it gets to the top, it has to come back down. Help me on this one. Finally I can say congrats to my client Mike on the sale of his home. We got it done. This was a long road. We got under contract back in February. Due to the buyers financing the closing kept getting pushed back. Luckily he was patient. I worked really hard behind the scenes to make sure this didn't fall through. It was a very joyous occasion. He was very happy and so was I!!
