Be Careful over Thanksgiving if you wan to buy a home

http://www.chastinjmiles.com.

Don't fall into the traps over the thanksgiving holiday. If owning a home in the near future is one of your goals, you really want to be strong and proactive when it comes to times like these.

There will be lots of food and fun, but there also needs to be fear and discipline. Decisions that you make over the holiday, could potentially disqualify you from a home purchase.

Black Friday shopping can be very tempting. Lot's of sales and very strong credit card offers. Don't fall into the traps with credit card companies and with retailers. The insane discounts won't be worth it if you spend all of your down payment money.

Have a plan when you go out shopping. If you have already applied for a mortgage, speak with your loan officer and fill them any on any big decisions you are about to make to see how it will affect your qualification.

The real estate market still exists over the holidays. Search my website (http://www.chastinjmiles.com/buy) to see homes on the market. The holidays are a great time to get into a new home. Most of the homes you see, it will show you how much you can expect to pay monthly.

If you want to know where you stand, I can put you in touch with one of my lender partners that can run your information and give you a good idea on the amount of home you can afford.

Have fun, be safe, and a be strong over this Thanksgiving break.
